    Lot19 is located approximately 3km from Newcastle CBD and conveniently close to light rail and train stations. Parking on Greenway St is unmetered on one side with plenty of parking for you and your guests.

    Lot19 Staff

    Staff can be provided in the event that a catering package is not booked through A TAVOLA. Please note there is a 2 staff minimum for events:

    4 hour package: $300

    6 hour package: $550

    8+ hour package: $720

    Hourly rate: $50 per hour, per staff member

    Glassware Hire

    Glassware can be hired separately when catering packages are not booked through A TAVOLA.

    Water Tumblers: $2.50 each

    Wine Glasses: $2.50 each

    Champagne flutes/coupés: $2.50 each


  • Bond
    Each event will be required to pay a bond of an amount up to $1000. The bond will be invoiced out to be paid the week before your event and the total will reflect the ‘risk factors’ of the event. The bond is fully refundable, subject to a site inspection upon completion of your event. This bond will not be refunded unless all rubbish has been removed and the venue is returned to the condition it was received.

    Rubbish Removal
    Due to limited rubbish facilities at Lot 19, clients are responsible for removing and disposing of rubbish brought onto the property.

    Prefer us to handle it? We can arrange rubbish removal for a fee, if agreed in advance.

    Fridge Storage
    If not arranged beforehand, refrigeration cannot be guaranteed on the day.

    Hire & Equipment
    Any hired items or additional equipment must be confirmed prior to the event date. Availability is only guaranteed once confirmed in writing.

    Cancellation

    • 0-14 days prior: Forfeiture of full venue hire fee including deposit.

    • 14-30 days: Forfeiture of venue hire deposit 30+ days.

    • 100% refund of hire deposit, minus $50 admin fee.

    • Hourly rate: $220 per hour

      *Please note there is a bond payment of $1000 for hire of Lot 19 when A Tavola is not booked as onsite caterer. This amount is fully refundable upon inspection of the venue after your event and providing all furniture, kitchen equipment and general cleanliness of the premises is in good, working order.

    A once off fee of $849 applies and includes all tableware - linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, flowers, candles and custom printed menus as well as set up and pack down times. Fee is inclusive of styling consultation for your bespoke table as suited to your needs.
